December 14, 2017 – This year the Virtual Christmas Gift Box (VCGB) program kept evolving. With our new church plants we had 8 new churches involved with program and that meant some did not understand what they need to do and when – so our numbers kept going up and changing. As they did we would hear of another partner church group or individual would tell us they were giving.

This year we are helping just under 500 kids have Christmas, caring for a home that serves the disabled and are providing food for about 30 needy families. That is all done by gifts and donations above the regular giving to our work. Team Balkans says THANK YOU!
This year we had churches and individuals give from the following areas - Washington, Iowa, Michigan, Indiana, New York, New Mexico, Missouri, Arizona, California, Illinois, Kentucky,Kansas, Louisiana, Texas, Northern Ireland and England.
One story reported to us from a partner church said “One child made it the purpose of his birthday party, asking his friends to bring donations instead of gifts. $100 came in just from that.”
Another partner church asked how we were doing and besides the offering taken the Church Board voted to take other funds and sent it as well to help with the increase if gifts we had this year.
God is good and He provides through His people as they know of the need. THANKS again for all who have given and helped us make this an AWESOME Christmas for many who don’t normally have one.

Prayer & Praise:
This week take some time to THANK God for His provision in helping us minister to families through our churches at Christmas.
Pray to for the Galloways as they are Partnership building in the states through the end of January. Pray that they get the support needed committed for the coming year!
Pray too for the new church plants in Macedonia that they would be God’s voice in their communities and also be praying for the connections we are making in Serbia that in God’s timing the work there would be launched as well.
